Mr. Scudiere, a California licensed Attorney, is the founder and principal Attorney at Solace Law. Mr. Scudiere is a born litigator and intellectual property attorney who utilizes social and psychological sciences to fuel legal advocacy and personally handles or oversees all Solace Law clients. Mr. Scudiere has litigated over one-hundred Superior and Appellate Court cases, in Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Santa Clara, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. This vast litigation experience profile provides the perfect foundation to endeavor to prevent litigation by knowing where the issues arise.

Academic Background
A native of New York, Mr. Scudiere received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminology and Psychology from the Currell College of Criminal Justice at the University of South Carolina at Columbia. Among academic achievement, Mr. Scudiere worked with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) and consulted in legal training protocols and legal liability education and instruction.
Following undergraduate training, Mr. Scudiere received his Juris Doctorate in Law from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. Among academic achievement, Mr. Scudiere was certified by the State Bar of California to represent incarcerated individuals in trial on behalf of the Office of the Alternate Public Defender and was appointed as Certified Mediator for the San Diego Superior Court.
Mr. Scudiere is also a proud recipient of the Wiley P. Manuel Award for pro bono legal services.
Prior to forming Solace Law, Mr. Scudiere honed his civil litigation skills in several top firms in New York City, Las Vegas and Los Angeles.
